Founded in 1986 as a branch campus of The Sawyer School, Pennsylvania Culinary Institute became well known in the Pittsburgh area and beyond for its quality, hands-on culinary education, and it attracted students from across the United States.
In 2002, PCI partnered with Le Cordon Bleu, creating a combination of the finest in European and North American culinary arts training programs. PCI still operates with the same high standards of excellence established upon its founding.
We are accredited by ACCSCT (Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology). Accreditation ensures that a school does what it promises.
